This is brand new 8 mailboxes.Īll other mailboxes are fine and working 100%. Please note that this is not a hybrid Exchange setup / migration from on-premise Exchange. Outlook Online gives me the following message: "401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials." Out of the 8 mailboxes, I have trouble accessing Outlook with one mail account. Updated all DNS - CNAME, MX, A & SRV records as per Office 365 requirements (As I have done this a million times). We recently registered a new domain and created 8 user/e-mail accounts. I logged a few tickets with Microsoft and unfortunately they are not able to solve my issue. I'm coming here because I'm desperate to sort this issue out.
